Residential Bungalow Home Demolished and prepared for new build homes
Back in 2018 In Hampshire a five man team grouped together for the demolition project in Baughurst Road, Hampshire. A 1000 square foot bungalow was demolished and prepared for the new construction of two 4000 square foot homes. Stages of the project includes digging and preparation of footings, trenches for electricity cables water and waste pipes. Due to a high water table we also had to pump out a large volume of water. This was done using several heavy duty machines including a Manitu Teli Handler & Excavator.
